In August of 1989, Coach Clare Drake announced his retirement from the University of Alberta thus ending one of the greatest coaching careers in North American University Hockey. Many Alums had the honour of playing for and coaching with Coach Drake and he had a tremendous amount of influence on our lives. The following is a list of Coach Drake's accomplishments while with the Golden Bears Hockey Program.
